Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4, 1978) is an American actress. She has starred as baby-sitter in films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She also appeared in the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) she is her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both stand-up comics and social worker. She is a part-Italian. Cook made her public service announcement in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children by the age 10 and was featured on national commercials for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
